Bio: I am 69 years old now. I finished high school in 1969 before Title 9 came into being so therefore there were no sports for girls and I mean none. While watching my son run in a high school cross country race some 11 years ago the thought occurred to me: why can't I run? That is were it all started. That is what my blog is going to cover. The trials, the tribulations, the highs and lows of joining the running and triathlon community at the age of 55 years old.
